    Secret to success
I regularly get stopped while using my Lamborghini and questioned what's the secret to being successful?

    I quickly answer YOU.

You and you only holds the key to your success; you are the only factor of your life and the only person liable for the outcome of your choices. It is certain that people could influence, help or make an effort to drive your own choices but eventually you and you only are usually faced with the consequences.

When looking back at my past ten years in business, I'll say that one certain action allowed me to become considered successful by most today and this is my ability to make the right decisions, decisions that will bring worth to my life and are not driven or affected by other people. All these decisions could be as tiny as deciding which party to go to in High School or as big as joining your company, but in the end still hold an extremely big impact on your life. Decision making plays a vital role in long term success

Knowing the reactions in your actions at any given time and not lying to your self will be the key signs that you do indeed control your outcomes and therefore can determine ahead of time the exact level of success you would like to attain. You're then able to set an idea, drive results through the decisions and choices you are making each day and limit your setbacks because of your thought process.

Let us use this simple illustration that we can probably all relate to: Do you notice that from time to time, all of us catch a break and get some cash coming from somewhere that we simply were not planning on but yet still in some way are not able to save it, because some random expenses or some thing comes up as soon as we hear we having this money, and therefore end up with absolutely nothing more than what we had just before hearing about this change. The concept here is equally simple, we hear we are catching some break and therefore decide to let our guard down which ends up with a fault that costs us, and so takes away what we hadn't gained yet, placing us back at where we started.

By causing such a small mistake, we simply set ourselves back again by preserve ourselves from growing. This tendency that we all to consider these things for granted keeps us down, while the surroundings advance, we remain steady in one place, seeing other people pass us and have a higher level of success.

I'll leave you with some food for thought: if the world is growing at a steady pace, then you'll need to grow faster to keep getting ahead but if you find small ways to reduce your faults, then you grow at a faster pace, seeing and knowing the system that the world operates on and remaining ahead of the opportunities which present themselves is the true secret you have to master and deliver on every day. This is real secret to success.
